Explore and Enjoy” - Andy Eversole

Bio

First, Bill Monroe’s ancient tones rang across the valley. Then, Doc Watson’s guitar pickin’ drifted in from the North Carolina hills. Finally, Earl Scruggs banjo pickin’ flew through the air like a runaway comet, leaving him hooked beyond recovery.

Schooled in bluegrass, and inspired by jam bands such as the Grateful Dead and Phish, over time Eversole's music has become a creature of its own, melting away borders, genres, and boundaries.

Gently and chaotically exploring traditional folk and old-time, drifting into jazz, fusing into funk, and melting into time.  His music guides the listener through a magical musical journey.  The songs are original, creatively crafted gems of endearing quality that deal with life, death, love, moonshine, and moonlight.  Born here in the appalachian mountains, and crafted around the world..

With a pioneer's spirit through and through, Andy recently launched his vision to bring "Peace through Music. Community through Creation"  with his project Banjo Earth.  Armed only with the banjo and some recording equipment, he and the team take off for uncharted territory in different countries all over the world, creating albums and documentaries at each destination.  China, India,  Brazil, Peru, and Mexico  have all been life-changing journeys thus far.  Who knows which way the Banjo angels will take us next?

In addition to music, Andy has built an interest and career in the esoteric arts. After graduating with a philosphy degree from Guilford College, his curiosity led him deeper into the esoteric fields. UFOlogy, Tantra, and Hypnosis have provided never ending search and adventure. Since 2012, Andy has been a licensed Hypnotist helping people with their mindset to live healthier and more joyful lives.
